Leicht General Agency

Leicht General Agency was established in
Houston, Texas in February 1989 as a
branch offfice of Independent Surplus
Underwriters, Inc. In March 1992, all
ownership of that office was consolidated
under Leicht General Agency. Since its
1989 inception there has been no change
in management, and LGA's representation
has remained constant. Leicht General Agency

was acquired by Risk Placement Services Inc.

in February of 2008. Management remains the same!
